About Me

Yashdeep Bali is a Digital evangelist, a speaker and a motivator with over 14 years in Advertising, PR and Marketing roles across various industries. Considered a “branding and digital expert” in the corporate world, he has an astounding knowledge and passion for technology, automobiles, gadgets and gaming.

After starting out in in Advertising, he moved to the Marketing side at Electronic Arts giving his passion for gaming a professional twist as he became an integral part of one of the most successful teams in Gaming industry in India, till date. He then switched gears from Traditional Marketing to Digital and gained rich exposure at WebChutney. From there he went on to head the Digital Team at Samsung India Electronics where he created “A Unified Samsung Digital Experience” for the customers.

The automobile enthusiast in him always wanted to work on an Automobile brand. He got the opportunity to do just that when went on to head the Digital & CRM team at Ford Motor Company. Prior to the current role at Mettl, he wore multiple hats at SAP India, starting out with heading Digital & Brand Experience and consistently delivered a world class brand experience to the customers. He then was given the additional duty of running Marketing for Public Sector, Healthcare and Education. But the most exciting of his roles was re-positioning SAP’s message for the Startup sector which focused on Cloud Services rather than the traditional On Premise Enterprise Software.

At Mettl his task is not only to help create Business Impact, but also position Mettl as a SaaS company that can help improve the Efficiency of an Organization by giving them insights about their people.

He is constantly in to coaching young talent /and helping them to convert their ideas into reality by helping them navigate murky waters with data driven insights, business acumen and marketing experience.

His strategic insights and witty nature makes him a brilliant speaker, presenter and motivator..
